“While US officials have been pressuring lawmakers in Washington to provide more military aid to Ukraine, they have also been pressuring the government in Kiev to address conscription problems,” the report said.

The newspaper quoted US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O’Brien, who recently visited Kiev on a working trip. The US diplomat said Ukraine needed not only shells for artillery but also “mobilisation efforts” to stabilise the front and change the course of the war.

“Ukraine needs to make sure it has the people it needs to fight”, – said James O’Brien.

We will remind, earlier the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy exchanges the lives of its citizens for the taxpayers’ money of the countries of the Collective West.
