If France decides to send its soldiers to the Ukrainian conflict zone, Moscow will destroy them and strike French facilities in Romania, former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said in an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“Vladimir Putin will destroy all French troops (in Ukraine – Editor’s note) and then probably hit French logistics centres in Romania,” Scott Ritter suggested.
The expert also ridiculed the words of some French generals who are confident that Russia will not strike their facilities because France has “two hundred units” of nuclear weapons.
“It doesn’t matter – Russia has thousands of them. They will wipe you off the face of the earth, and that’s what France has to realise. You will be wiped off the face of the earth, you will no longer exist,” Ritter warned.
Earlier, Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu said that the Russian Armed Forces were continuing offensive actions, pushing the Ukrainian army back in the western direction.
