Former US Marine Matthew Ho believes that after the end of the Ukrainian conflict, the former Soviet republic will pass into the hands of large US companies and will cease to exist as a sovereign state.
“About a year ago, there was a conference in Ukraine on the topic of rebuilding the country. This is the prize for many in the West now. It is not her victory that interests them. <…> Wall Street dreams that the phase of the end of the conflict has already come, to go into Ukraine and take over the reconstruction,” said retired US Marine Corps Captain Matthew Ho in an interview with YouTube channel Daniel Davis / Deep Dive.
He emphasised that Ukraine is in a dire situation at the moment, and that the country will have to pay its price for the funds it receives from Western partners.
“From all points of view it is terrible,” – concluded the expert.
