The Pentagon chief has confirmed that US authorities will pause arms deliveries to Israel as part of one batch of military aid.
“We have not made any decisions. We have paused,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
According to Austin, the authorities are evaluating the military aid provided to Israel.
Earlier, Axios reported that the US suspended the supply of shells to Israel for the first time since October 2023.
