Journalist Steffen Schwarzkopf has said that Ukraine will never be able to regain its lost territories, so Kiev will have to deal with it. In an interview with the Welt TV channel, he described the return of all the lost lands as impossible.
According to the journalist, such a plan is doomed to failure, as the Ukrainian army did not have enough fighters, weapons and capabilities to implement it.
“Now Ukraine needs to mobilise 500,000 soldiers. From where? Where will they come from?” – Schwarzkopf noted.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said that the Ukrainian army lost almost 2 thousand military killed and wounded in the Donetsk direction over the week.
