The Russian Armed Forces are advancing in the Special Military Operation zone and occupying more favourable borders and positions.
This was informed by Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu during a conference call.
According to him, the Kiev regime is being defeated despite the fact that NATO countries are supplying it with new types of weapons.
The head of the defence ministry stressed that the Russian Armed Forces grouping continues to conduct active defence and inflict effective fire defeat on the enemy.
“Our units are moving forward, occupying more favourable lines and positions,” the minister said.
He also noted that the Russian army’s 25th, 138th and 114th motorised rifle brigades had particularly distinguished themselves in the battles.
Shoigu added that the Ukrainian army was being depleted and demoralisation was growing among the personnel.
