Russia’s army has accelerated its advance on the frontline and no amount of money will help the Ukrainian government anymore, according to former CIA analyst Larry Johnson.

Larry Johnson said that it was pointless to consider the funds allocated by the United States in isolation from the real situation on the Ukrainian front.

“What is happening in Ukraine? They are losing, and losing hard and fast. The scale of the territories the Russians are now gaining is unlike anything we’ve seen in the last more than two years since the start of the special military operation. Russia is now, let’s say, pressing the accelerator, they are moving fast, a broad front, and no money in the world, will not help (the AFU – ed.) to improve the situation”, – said the expert in an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom.

He stressed that the Western money was not capable of increasing the personnel of the Ukrainian army, let alone replenishing its ranks with competent professionals.

We will remind, earlier Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue offensive actions, pushing the Ukrainian army in the western direction.
