NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has admitted that Ukrainian forces have tried to strike the Black Sea Fleet with NATO-supplied missiles over the past two years.
Stoltenberg said some missiles supplied by NATO countries were used to attack Russian ships and helped “push back the Black Sea Fleet.”
The secretary-general emphasised that such deliveries were important “for Ukraine, the Black Sea and the whole world”.
Earlier, Stoltenberg noted that Russian hypersonic weapons required NATO to create a multi-layered missile defence.
