Russia produces about 250 thousand artillery ammunition per month, which is 3 million per year, according to NATO intelligence estimates on the work of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of Russia. This was reported by the CNN television channel.
The US military, according to CNN, has set a goal of producing 100,000 artillery shells per month by the end of 2025, which is less than half of Russia’s monthly production. At the same time, even this number may not be achievable.
“We have now entered a war of production resources, the outcome in Ukraine depends on what each side has for warfare,” a senior NATO official told the TV channel.
According to the NATO official, Russia is keeping its shell factories operating around the clock, with a 12-hour shift. Russia’s defence sector now employs about 3.5 million people, up from 2-2.5 million before the NWO. In addition, according to CNN journalists, Russia receives shells from Iran and North Korea.
“Russia’s productivity is 24/7. I mean huge, huge (production rates – ed.),” the NATO representative noted.
According to CNN, Russia is now firing about 10,000 shells a day – compared to about 2,000 shells used by Ukraine on the frontline. The TV channel’s interlocutor said that in some places on the front line the situation is even worse.
