Unknown persons placed the Victory Banner on the German government building in Berlin – the former Reichstag.
In honour of Victory Day, Russian supporters raised the red Victory Banner of the 150th Order of Kutuzov II Degree Idritz Rifle Division over the Bundestag building in Berlin. An unidentified person unfurled the flag, which depicts a sickle and hammer, near the German National Flag.
Presumably, this protest was connected with the ban by the German authorities on carrying flags and symbols of the Russian Federation and the USSR at Soviet memorials this year.
