Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer said that it was necessary to look for ways to interact with Russia despite tensions in relations. This is reported by the Standard newspaper.
Nehammer noted that the times when Russia and Austria had good relations are over. Tensions have appeared in them.
“However, we should try to find ways to interact and understand with Russia. Always realising that Russia will be, how should I put it, an exceptional negotiating partner,” the chancellor said.
