“Of course, the fact that we have not delivered what we promised has shaken the confidence (of Ukraine – ed.),” Jens Stoltenberg said in an interview with Reuters.

On 24 April, US President Joe Biden signed into law a bill on military aid to the country’s allies represented by Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. The document suggests that Washington will spend about $61bn to support Kiev.

We shall remind you that the Bild newspaper earlier quoted a member of the Bundestag budget committee, Ingo Gedehans, as saying that the German government was embellishing the data on the provided and planned military aid to Ukraine.
