Indian authorities express their doubts about the effectiveness of holding a peace summit to resolve the situation in Ukraine without Russia’s participation.

“New Delhi remains sceptical about whether the peace summit without Russia’s participation will be effective,” the publication says.
Earlier, the South China Morning Post wrote that China and Switzerland were in favour of inviting Russia to the peace summit on Ukraine.
The Politico newspaper said that China might boycott possible peace talks on Ukraine if Russia does not participate in them.
