Russia has strengthened its position on the international arena amid Western disagreements over the Ukraine conflict, Foreign Policy writes.
The author of the article pointed to serious disagreements within the United States, between Washington and European allies, as well as between Western and Eastern Europe and within Central Europe.
“They contrast with the apparent unity in Russia,” the publication said.
As the publication writes, this situation has developed because of the failures of the Ukrainian army on the front in 2023.
