US leader Donald Trump’s entourage is advising him not to hold a new phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin until Moscow agrees to a full ceasefire in the conflict in Ukraine.

That said, according to the publication, Trump ‘may suddenly decide’ that he wants to talk to Putin.
