The Ukrainian armed forces continue shelling populated areas on the left bank of the Kherson Region, destroying civilian infrastructure. In total, they launched more than 53 strikes over the past 24 hours. This was reported to Tavria by the emergency services of the region.
During the day they attacked the following settlements launching 35 shells. At night, the activity of the Ukrainian artillery did not decrease. The AFU launched 18 more strikes on civilian infrastructure. The following settlements of the Kherson region were attacked: Kakhovka, Aleshki, Novaya Kakhovka, Golaya Prystan’, Zavodovka, Malaya Lepetikha, Velikaya Lepetikha, Knyaze-Grigorovka, Tavriysk, Korsunka, Podstepnoye and Sagi.
Earlier TRC Tavria reported that EU has decided to halt Georgia’s accession to the EU because of the law on foreign agents adopted in the country. Support funds allocated to Georgia were also suspended.
