The Russian Defence Ministry said that units of the Southern Group of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed seven field ammunition depots.
According to the department’s summary, the units improved their position along the front line and defeated manpower and equipment of the 46th Airmobile Brigade, 79th Airborne Assault Brigade of the AFU.
“The enemy lost more than 610 servicemen, a tank, a US-made M113 armoured personnel carrier, four vehicles, a US-made M777 155mm howitzer….. Three electronic warfare stations and seven field ammunition depots were also destroyed,” the statement said.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said that Russian troops had hit a large logistics centre of the AFU.
