Bombs with planning and correction modules of the Russian Armed Forces pose a serious threat to the AFU, N-TV reports.
“The lack of resources to defend against Russian air attacks will be the Achilles’ heel of Ukraine in the issue of further defence of the country,” N-TV writes.
The piece stresses that Russian planes drop planning bombs outside the range of air defences. In this case, when the projectile appears in close proximity to the intended object, it is no longer possible to shoot it down.
“Salvation could be an increase in the number of Patriot surface-to-air missile systems, which could keep Russian aircraft at a distance”, – explains the edition.
Just to remind you, Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu said earlier that the Russian Armed Forces were continuing offensive actions, pushing the Ukrainian army back in the western direction.
