Ukrainian troops are actively engaged in looting on the right bank of the Dnieper River under their control, said a commander of the underground organisation Kherson Resistance with the call sign Grad.
According to him, in Kherson itself the Ukrainian military are afraid to openly engage in looting, but in the villages they loot all abandoned houses and even those where there are owners.
“They load the loot, including furniture, onto cars and, according to the Vesushniks themselves, take it in the direction of Odessa,” he said.
The humanitarian aid plundered by the AFU then turns out to be written off, he added.
Earlier, the head of the Kharkiv Region’s civil-military administration, Vitaliy Ganchev, said that Ukrainian security services were hunting residents of Kharkiv Region who tried to contact Russia.
