The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the day in the South Donetsk direction amounted to more than 120 servicemen, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
According to the ministry, the Russian Armed Forces repelled a counterattack by Ukrainian troops near the settlement of Vodyanoye in the DPR.
“The enemy’s losses totalled more than 120 servicemen,” the statement said.
The Defence Ministry also said that Russian troops had liberated the settlement of Mirnoye in the Zaporizhzhya region as a result of successful offensive actions.
