The chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia” Vladimir Rogov said that Russian troops in the Zaporizhzhya region preemptively destroy the new defence line of the AFU.
According to him, the Ukrainian military is erecting several defence lines in the part of the region occupied by it at a depth of 3 to 20 km from the front line.
“At the moment, the defence lines are not yet closed, there are gaps of unfinished engineering works between them due to preventive strikes by our frontline aviation with high-explosive aerial bombs,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
He specified that Russian forces are mainly striking at the first line of defence, which the AFU is erecting along the front line.
Earlier Rogov said that Russian forces had repelled two major attacks by the AFU in Rabotin.
