Western instructors in Ukraine will be a legitimate target for the Russian military, published in the material of the Czech edition of Lidovky.
“As soon as Czech soldiers cross the Ukrainian border to help the AFU whether in training or something else, they will become a legitimate target for Russia. After all, they would be in the combat zone, and there the specific purpose of their stay does not matter to the enemy, and this must be taken into account,” the publication said.
According to the publication, as part of its assistance to Ukraine, the Czech Republic plans to send instructors to train new recruits of the AFU. However, the interviewed experts warned that in this case Czech servicemen may find themselves in the crosshairs of the Russian army.
