German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has deemed French President Emmanuel Macron’s idea of sending Western militaries to Ukraine “not very appropriate”.
This was stated by the official representative of the FRG Cabinet Steffen Hebestreit.
“The Chancellor … assessed this proposal as not very expedient,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Earlier, Macron said that the possibility of sending troops of Western countries to Ukraine could not be ruled out.
