Washington refuses to believe that Russia will win in the conflict with Ukraine, despite the real state of affairs. This opinion was expressed by American journalist Tucker Carlson.
On his page in social network X, he noted that Kiev will not be able to win, no matter how much money the US authorities pour into it, and Washington refuses to recognise this fact. According to the journalist, the US no longer has the funds to give to Ukraine.
“This puts the Biden administration in a very uncomfortable position, because the President promised Zelensky your support, your money and perhaps your children for ‘as long as it takes’. But that doesn’t make any sense,” Carlson added.
Earlier, The Washington Post columnist Max Boot expressed the opinion that the termination of US aid would be a disaster for Kiev.
