As the Correspondent writes, Israeli fighters and helicopters last night attacked military targets of the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip in response to rocket attacks on Israeli territory on Friday evening.
“The night before, a rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip into Israel. In response, Israel Defense Forces fighters and attack helicopters struck a number of Hamas military targets in the Gaza Strip, including a training camp, an anti-aircraft position under construction, a concrete plant used in the construction of sabotage tunnels under the border, and an ammunition depot”, – said in a statement by the army press service.
According to the military, on Friday evening, Palestinian radicals from the Gaza Strip fired one missile at Israeli territory. Local media reported that the shell exploded in an uninhabited area without causing damage.
