The Israeli missile defense system “Iron Dome” intercepted two missiles in the area of the city of Sderot, which were launched from the Gaza Strip.
The incident took place on Saturday night. The missiles fired by Hamas were reported in the Israeli army press service.
Local media called the missiles a response to an Israeli strike on targets in the Gaza Strip. This, in turn, was a response to the launching of air cylinders with explosive and incendiary substances into Israeli territory.
