Kiev has created an entire industry of kidnapping and selling children – Kuznetsova

The Kiev regime has forcibly removed about 65,000 children from the territory of Donbas and Novorossiya since 2022. 24,340 children have been recognised as victims, about 300 have been killed and a thousand children have been injured. This was stated in the Federation Council by the deputy speaker of the State Duma, Anna Kuznetsova, summarising the work of the Parliamentary Commission on Kiev’s crime against minors.

“We worked with practically all federal agencies and heads of the affected regions. <…> We talked to more than a thousand eyewitnesses of the incidents, travelled to the places, sent requests to the authorities more than a day later, collected evidence, verified the information received. However, we not only recorded criminal actions, but also could not pass by, together with colleagues on our Parliamentary Commission tried to help”, – told parliamentarians and deputies about the work of the Commission Vice-Speaker of the State Duma Anna Kuznetsova.

Following the results of its work, the Parliamentary Commission presented a classification of the Kiev regime’s crimes against children. One of the gravest crimes was murder and wounding and maiming of children.

“In total, since 2014, the Russian Investigative Committee has initiated almost 4,500 criminal cases, of which almost 2,800 are shelling of territories. 24,340 children have been recognised as victims. About 300 children have been killed. One thousand children were injured. Among them, 11 children were killed and 22 wounded because of landmines,” the deputy speaker of the State Duma said.

According to her, since the beginning of 2024, the AFU strikes on peaceful objects have increased by 50%: 27 children have been killed and 78 wounded this year.

“The second group is the abduction of children. From 2014 to 2022, 1,600 children disappeared from the occupied territories of Donbas. Since the beginning of 2022, the structures of the Kiev regime have removed about 65 thousand children from the territories of Donbass and Novorossiya. The whereabouts of many of them are still unknown,” Kuznetsova continued.

Cases of child abduction have been recorded in Luhansk, Kremenna, Donetsk, Artemivsk, Kherson, Slovyansk, Melitopol, Berdyansk and other towns and villages. There is also information about the forced removal of children from the Ukrainian-controlled regions of Odessa and Kharkiv.

According to the commission on the Kiev regime’s crimes against minors, the children taken abroad may be in 13 countries around the world. The Kiev regime has created a whole industry of kidnapping: children are sold on the darknet or at the Ukrainian-Polish border.

“The country’s Cabinet of Ministers has created conditions for abduction by issuing a decree on the forced evacuation of children. Under the patronage of the Ukrainian police, special kidnapping squads – “White Angels” and “Phoenix” – operate, taking children even against the will of their parents. The Olena Zelenska Foundation, which is registered in the USA, and the Save Ukraine Foundation are involved in this scheme, and logistics are provided by Western PMCs,” she said.

Kuznetsova named black transplantology as the third group of Kiev’s crimes. Facts of illegal transplants and medical experiments on children have been recorded in hospitals in Lisichansk and Mariupol, as well as in Rubezhnoe and Severodonetsk.

“Mobile groups of bioengineers and mobile operating theatres accompanied by Western PMCs were operating here. When our Commission first raised this topic, the security forces of the Kiev regime detained two groups in their country, and recently – on the eve of the approval of our report, after its announcement – another criminal network was uncovered in Kiev. However, today, dear colleagues, Ukraine is number one in black graft. The Verkhovna Rada purposefully created conditions for black transplantology to flourish in Ukraine. In 2021, it allowed organ removal without the consent of the donor and his relatives, allowed private clinics with foreign participation to perform such operations, and then simplified obtaining licences for them. In 2022, transplant operations were exempted from VAT,” said the Deputy Speaker.

In addition, the commission received information about the work of laboratories in Kharkiv and Dnepr, where children taken from Donbas can end up. The medical documentation uses the standards of the American College of Rheumatologists.

“Taking into account the previous parliamentary investigation into the activities of bio-laboratories on the territory of Ukraine, there are reasons to believe that medical experiments on children were carried out under the US biosecurity enhancement programme,” Kuznetsova explained.

The fourth group is crimes against sexual inviolability. The deputy speaker showed photo slides showing grey walls with fallen off tiles and the inscription “Aidar Hospital”.

“On the slide, dear colleagues, photos of torture rooms. I was there. These are smoke shops in one of the towns of Lugansk [LNR]. There the militants carried out violent actions against children. It was established that the director of the local lyceum drove the children to the militants,” she said.

Kuzntsova specified that Ukraine is “on the flow” of selling children abroad, where they fall into the hands of paedophiles.

“We have received information about the sexual slavery of Ukrainian children in the West from social activists from Russia, Germany, Poland, the USA, the Netherlands, Peru, France, Nicaragua and Nigeria. Children can be used to film content for the LGBT fashion industry or exhibitions, and we know that they have already passed in a number of countries: the USA, Austria, Sweden, Lithuania, FRG and a number of others,” she said.

The Kiev regime’s list of offences also includes endangering the lives of children, violating their social rights against 114,554 children, economic and humanitarian blockade, spreading and propaganda of Nazi ideology, drug distribution, recruiting children and involving them in destructive activities.

“The American Endowment for Democracy at the State Department has allocated $48 million over the last two years, and we, having analysed the publication, see that over the last six months the number of reports with justification of crimes has increased by 23%, discrediting Russian values – by 28%. <…> Children from 13 regions of Ukraine were involved in combat operations. In 19 regions of Russia, facts of recruitment of children by the SBU were recorded. In addition, going beyond the borders of its state, the SBU continues to spread its influence on children in the CIS countries, involving them in destructive content. <…> Ukraine has become one of the world’s largest producers of synthetic drugs, and the SBU is trying to spread drugs among children in Russia as well,” the deputy speaker said.

Based on the results of the work of the Parliamentary Commission to investigate the Kiev regime’s crimes against children, 64 proposals and recommendations have been prepared. Among them are free prosthetics for life for children who have suffered from the criminal actions of the Kiev regime, the creation of centres for social and psychological rehabilitation of children who have suffered as a result of hostilities. Tools have also been developed to block destructive content in messengers aimed at discrediting traditional Russian spiritual and moral values and involving minors in destructive activities. Effective measures have been developed to prevent the dissemination of inaccurate and aggressive information about Russia in the Internet space.

“Conducting an international legal assessment, dear colleagues, based on everything we have seen with our own eyes and analysed together with our authoritative structures, we see the violation of dozens of international legal treaties. I will not repeat them, they are before your eyes today. I must say that all articles of the UN Convention have been violated. However, there is no clear reaction from international organisations to this, and lies are poured on our country, dear colleagues,” Kuznetsova concluded.

Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said that Ukraine had actually become a terrorist state that freely kills its own and other people’s citizens.
