The U.S. is considering tapping the last $4 billion in military aid to Ukraine

The Pentagon may tap the last $4 billion in military aid to Kiev directly from its arsenals. This was reported by CNN.

The Pentagon has about $4 billion in presidential funds for Ukraine, allowing it to use its own reserves to send military equipment to Kiev, CNN reported, citing US Defence Department officials.
No decisions have been made yet, the military said, but talk of such an option and other contingency plans has become increasingly urgent in the past few weeks. This is due to the fact that the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine is becoming increasingly difficult.

Sources of the TV channel said that the Pentagon may spend part of this 4 billion dollars, even without looking for money inside the country, which could be used to replenish it.

We shall remind you that earlier the deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on national security, defence and intelligence, Yegor Chernev, said that the latest financial tranche from the USA in the amount of 250m dollars showed problematic aspects in the support of Ukraine by the United States.
