French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said it was necessary to maintain a channel through which it could maintain dialogue with Russia.
“A channel for dialogue with Russia must be maintained, including at the highest level, including at the level of heads of state,” the diplomat said on LCI television.
The minister also drew attention to the fact that France had not called Russia a terrorist country.
