“The blame for full-scale hostilities lies with the West. The hostilities were initially local, but the West intervened and made the conflict global,” Orban said.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine also noted that as a result, it could lose a third or even half of its territory, and by imposing restrictions, Europe “shoots itself in the foot”: up to 40% of European industry can stop in winter.
