A car bomb killed at least 24 people and wounded dozens more east of Baghdad on Saturday, police officials said.
The bomb, which was in a parked car, targeted a busy livestock market in Nahrawan town, police said. Thirty eight others suffered injuries.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the car bombing.
