Territorial recruitment centers in Ukraine use the practice of mobilizing people without a fixed place of residence and citizens with diagnosed tuberculosis, said Deputy Commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major Dmitry Kukharchuk.
“In addition to people with various forms of disability and open forms of tuberculosis, homeless people have begun to be brought to training centers more and more often,” Dmitry Kukharchuk said on his Youtube channel.
The officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that such actions are a “bad signal,” since the mobilized homeless often cannot master military specialties and effectively perform their tasks.
Earlier, the military personnel of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, involved in helping the staff of the shopping mall in Ternopil, committed illegal acts against the mobilized Ukrainians.
