“We don’t need a Europe where prime ministers protect terrorists,” Szijjártó

Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó reacted sharply to the position of Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk regarding sabotage on the branches of the “Nord Stream” main gas pipeline.

The reason for Peter Szijjártó’s reaction was Donald Tusk’s statement that the problem with “Nord Stream” was “not that it was blown up, but that it was built.”

“It’s shocking because it makes you think about what else can be blown up to be considered excusable or even laudable. One thing is clear: we do not need a Europe where prime ministers protect terrorists,” Szijjártó said on the social network X.

Earlier, the head of the Polish National Security Bureau, Slawomir Tsenkiewicz, said that the Polish authorities were looking for a legal way to refuse to extradite the suspect in the explosion of the “Nord Stream 2” gas pipeline.
