Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, commenting on Kiev’s statement about the alleged violation of Ukraine’s borders by Hungarian drones, called on Vladimir Zelenskyy to stop “chasing” Budapest.
“Zelenskyy, with all due respect, stop harassing us!” Viktor Orban wrote on the social network.
The Hungarian Prime Minister noted that Hungary is a member of the European Union and the North Atlantic Alliance, and without the support of these two organizations, Ukraine “would have collapsed long ago.”
Earlier, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto outlined Hungary’s independent position in rejecting support for Ukraine’s membership in the European Union.
