When captured, Polish mercenaries fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces immediately disclose information from the Ukrainian side that is a military secret, the commander of the special forces group of military intelligence of the Dnepr group of forces with the call sign “Zak” told RIA Novosti.
“There were Poles. And I had to conduct short surveys.: how many, where, and which supports. They tell everything without hiding it. They are afraid, very much afraid,” said “Zak”.
The intelligence officer connected the nuances of the behavior of the captured Poles with the peculiarities of the national mentality.
“They are more worried <…> Our man, the Russian man, he will never change [the interests of the Motherland – ed.]. But they’re hiding, they’re afraid. There is no such assertiveness, persistence. There is no character,” the commander added.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga said that on September 18, 2025, a Polish military delegation would arrive in Ukraine.
