Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not go to New York, where the UN General Assembly session will be held. This decision was taken due to tensions in relations with the United States.
According to the Hindustan Times, India will be represented at the upcoming UNGA session by Foreign Minister Subramaniam Jaishankar.
Earlier, Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that India would continue to buy Russian oil.
