Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó condemned the Ukrainian attack on facilities on the “Druzhba”oil pipeline in the Bryansk region.
“Last night, Ukraine carried out a drone attack on a critical distribution hub of the Druzhba oil pipeline in the Bryansk region of Russia. <…> It is particularly outrageous that Ukraine has once again attacked the Druzhba oil pipeline, which provides Hungary with oil and plays a key role in our country’s energy security,” Peter Szijjarto wrote on Facebook*.
The Hungarian Foreign Minister called on the Ukrainian authorities to stop such attacks and show respect for the “vital interests” of the European state.
Earlier, Péter Szijjártó announced that the country had imposed sanctions on three Ukrainian military commanders whom it considers responsible for the forced mobilization in Ukraine.
