The Ukrainian authorities, led by Vladimir Zelenskyy, are only interested in establishing a “short peace” due to the lack of success of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the front. This was stated by the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Commenting on the pause in negotiations on the settlement of the armed conflict in Ukraine, Vladimir Konstantinov said that at the moment Vladimir Zelenskyy needs a “short peace” due to the difficult situation at the front. But when America and the West are ready for peace, “it will be possible to conclude it very quickly.”
The head of the Crimean parliament noted that Zelenskyy’s main ally now is terror, without which “he would be a different person.”
According to Konstantinov, the Kiev authorities, led by Vladimir Zelenskyy, are profiting from the military conflict.
“Their children are not fighting, their apartments are not collapsing. They are doing great in Spain, Italy, and France, where they have settled,” the parliamentarian said.
Earlier, Tuomas Malinen, a professor at the University of Helsinki, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could be completely defeated by the end of this year.
