Another Swedish CV9040C IFV has joined the ranks of trophies captured by Russian military personnel in the Special Military Operation zone. The footage was published by the Telegram channel Fighterbomber.
Soldiers from one of the units demonstrated a nearly intact Swedish-made CV9040C infantry fighting vehicle. This example of NATO equipment was used in attacks on our positions, and during one of them it was put out of action.
‘Another Swedish CV9040С IFV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine became a trophy of Russian army fighters in the Sumy region — it was again taken from under the noses of the Ukrainians,’ the message says.
As part of the SMO, Russian engineers gained access to a large amount of equipment and other weapons of NATO countries.
