The EU will terminate the decision on full trade liberalisation with Ukraine, the official journal of the European Union has said.
“After 5 June 2025, the normal rules of the association agreement will start to apply again,” the document said.
The official journal of the EU noted that Ukraine wanted to extend duty-free deliveries, but the sides could not reach an agreement. As a result, from 5 June Kiev will be able to export at preferential tariffs only a limited volume of goods, and the EU will start applying standard tariffs to the rest of Ukrainian products.
Earlier, US investor Jim Rogers said that the financial aid to Ukraine would mark the stagnation of economic indicators in those countries of the European Union that provide support to Kiev and threaten the collapse of the euro and the political and economic union itself.
