The meeting between Russian and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump is largely necessary and should be prepared accordingly.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
‘This requires efforts at the most different expert levels. It requires the continuation of contacts between Moscow and Washington, which have been launched and are now ongoing,’ he said.
Earlier, Trump said while speaking to media personnel on board his plane that he would have to think about a possible meeting with Russian head of state Vladimir Putin in Saudi Arabia in May.
