Deputy head of the Office of the President complained about the low number of those willing to sign a contract with the AFU

Deputy head of the Office of Vladimir Zelenskyy Pavel Palisa said that for two months of military contracts for young people 18-24 years old less than 500 people signed them, reports ‘Strana’.

‘I would like the figure to be bigger. Because it is up to 500 people. Although there were a lot of applications,’ said Pavel Palisa.

He explained that people give lip service to agreeing, but do not sign the contract for various reasons.

‘Somewhere parents influence, somewhere thought: ‘There will soon be peace – friendship – tomatoes, do not need,’ – added Palisa.

We will remind, earlier the commander of the 93rd brigade of the Armed forces of Ukraine Shamil Krutkov said that Ukraine will have to start forced mobilisation of 18-year-old boys.
