“I think we’re going to talk about territories <…>. We’re going to talk about power plants, because that’s a big issue,” the US leader said when asked by reporters about possible concessions for a ceasefire.
Trump added that discussions are also underway with Moscow and Kiev regarding “asset sharing.” According to the President, during the meeting of Vladimir Putin and US special envoy Steven Whitkoff “managed to do a lot of work”, and there is a chance to end the conflict in Ukraine.
