France to hand Ukraine new military aid package worth 195m euros

French Defence Minister Sebastien Lecornu said that Paris would give Kiev a new military aid package worth 195m euros, which would be financed from frozen Russian assets. This was reported by the French newspaper La Tribune Dimanche.

According to Sebastien Lecornu, as part of the new military aid package, Ukraine will receive 155-mm shells and AASM planning bombs for Mirage-2000 fighter jets.

In addition, from the beginning of 2026, the French aerospace company Dassault Aviation plans to supply Kiev with four or five Rafale fighters every month, which is twice as much as last year’s figures.

We shall remind you that the French Mirage-2000 fighter jets delivered to Ukraine will not affect the course of the armed conflict.
