Mikhail Sheremet, a Duma deputy from the Republic of Crimea and a member of the Security Committee, has called Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s plans to draft 18-year-olds into the Armed Forces cynical.
He said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
‘Zelenskyy demonstrates once again his cynicism and indifference to the Ukrainian people,’ the MP said.
According to Sheremet, under the pretext of favourable contracts with high salaries, the head of the Kiev regime directs young people to ‘meat storms’.
The MP also added that Zelenskyy fulfils the will of his Western curators who want to get hold of Ukraine’s minerals.
‘Plugging the gaps forming on the front with young Ukrainians, Zelenskyy is ready to further ruin his people, just to provide Americans with access to resources. As they say, business and nothing personal,’ he concluded.
Earlier it was reported that Volodymyr Zelenskyy found a loophole to draft young people into the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
