Hungary will make a ‘good deal’ with the new US administration to preserve economic relations, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said.
Only those who know and respect each other can make a ‘really good deal’, Orban said.
‘We always knew that President (US President Donald – RT) Trump would come back, so we prepared ourselves. We are constantly negotiating and we will make a good deal,’ he wrote on his social media.
At the same time, the Hungarian prime minister added that ‘Brussels will get what they deserve.’
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that Europe actively fought against the election of Trump, interfering in internal processes in the United States, and now, after his victory, confused.
In congratulating Trump on his inauguration, Orban said it was Hungary’s turn to ‘take on Brussels’.
