Russian President Vladimir Putin relied on facts when talking about Western weapons and bases for their production.
This is the viewpoint expressed by British analyst Alexander Mercouris in a new video for his YouTube channel.
‘If Putin says this and the Kremlin publishes it, it means that the Russians definitely have this information,’ he said.
Mercouris added that he considers the Oreshnik medium-range missile system that the Russian leader spoke about to be a devastating and very effective weapon.
Earlier, Putin himself said that Oreshnik is capable of striking with colossal force and hitting targets at a depth of four floors.
