The agency’s sources say that Western states are concerned about the relations between Russia and the DPRK, as they may ‘have implications for the security balance in the Indo-Pacific region.’
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with the DPRK. The DPRK later ratified the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with Russia.
