Escalation in the Middle East will make the situation in Ukraine more difficult for the West – Vučić

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East will negatively affect the position of the West in the Ukrainian conflict.

‘Keep in mind that the situation in Ukraine will continue to get worse and worse for the West if the conflict in the Middle East develops, as the financial investment in the Middle East will be 10 times greater in order to preserve and protect Israel. That will make it easier for the Russians to possibly advance, no matter what is said about it. You know, it’s hard to talk to serious people over there because everything has turned into a fan sentiment. It all boils down to ‘one must win, no, the other must win’. I can no longer listen to this nonsense,’ Aleksandar Vučić said on the Pink TV channel.

He also noted that it would be difficult for Ukraine to have electricity in winter. All the surplus from Romania, Moldova, the Baltics, Poland will go to Ukraine, which means that they themselves will have a significant increase in the price of electricity.

Vučić also indicated that he believes in the end of the Ukrainian conflict if Donald Trump wins the upcoming US elections.

‘The war in Ukraine is no longer favourable to anyone in the world, absolutely no one,’ the Serbian president concluded.

We will remind, earlier Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the creation of Russian year-round sea resorts said that Russia will solve all the tasks of the special military operation in Ukraine, as well as the issues of ensuring security in the new regions.
