Ex-military of the AFU reported illegal mobilisation of men in Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine mobilise men in violation of the current legislation. This was reported by a former Ukrainian serviceman.

According to him, who spoke to RIA Novosti, citizens under the age of 25 without military experience and education get into the AFU.

At the same time, a law signed in April by Vladimir Zelenskyy allows citizens under 25 to be mobilised only if they have an officer’s rank, have studied at a military department or have done compulsory service in peacetime.

‘There was one kid with me at the firing range in Ukraine, he was 21 at the time. But he escaped,’ – noted the interlocutor of the Agency.

Earlier, the captured Ukrainian serviceman told about the 15-minute medical Commission during mobilisation.
